I'm feeling a little queasy so I grab a handful of sunflower seeds and continue cleaning leftover dust and dirt. I just finished making both the americano for my husband and my latte. I'm hoping that this latte will keep the nausea at bay for at least the first few hours of the trip...

We are in the midst of finals at the school where I teach. These last few weeks have been particularly difficult with this stubborn morning sickness that lasts nearly all day.

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. It gets your metabolism going. A healthy nutrient dense breakfast should maintain your blood sugar until lunch. Skipping breakfast seems to be a common practice these days but it's not a very healthy one.
