Planning a Baby Shower III

While I have attended more than a handful of baby showers, I have never planned one myself. I am discovering that I am going to need help getting everything done and organized. My sister's mother-in-law has offered her house for the actual event to take place and she is also making an hors d'oeuvre. Now I am calling upon my mother and sisters to help me not only to prepare the food that day before and the day of the shower, but also to provide some of the food items. For the food I am thinking a cheese platter, a vegetable platter, and a fruit platter. Additionally there will be punch and dessert along with my sister's mother-in-law's hors d'oeuvre. The food is still in the planning stage since the shower is a few weeks away.
Right now I am more concerned about getting all the invitations written, addressed, stamped, and sent. I have a lot of writing ahead of me with fifty invitations, but luckily writing has always been something I enjoy (I even took a calligraphy class in college). I am sure I could get my sisters to help me with the writing but I have issues with lack of continuity and all of my sisters have drastically different handwriting. I have attained the skill of writing in fairly straight lines without a guide and also even spacing. The only sister I have that also has these writing skills is the guest of honor at this baby shower. So in my self imposed perfectionism the writing falls to me.
Beyond the invitations I still need to come up with games to play at the shower. I am looking for simple games that don't require too much more than a piece of paper and a pencil and perhaps a few props. Of course each game will have a winner. Going with the floral theme I have decided that the door prizes will be potted flowers. Simple.
