One of America’s favorite summer past times is camping in the great outdoors. My family and I will be heading out to a nearby state park this weekend to camp with some friends. Holidays with Family

This is the last one, I promise, on the subject of holidays. This time it’s looking at holidays with family. It could mean just taking your children on a holiday but I was thinking more of holidays with in laws or siblings or other family members. On the Road Again, Parenting On Vacation–Part One

Lingering over my Sunday paper this morning, I stumble across a story that asks the controversial question: “How old should globe-traveling kids be?” This Associated Press story by Beth Harpaz brings up some interesting issues–such as, just because you CAN travel with small children, should you?
